About Us

Kidvestors Club is the flagship financial education program of Laurente Corporation. Financial education for kids and teens. Laurente Corp. combines over 14 years of financial market and private portfolio management expertise. Kidvestors Club leverages a combined teaching experience of more than 30 years, delivering trusted, high-impact financial education.

This strong foundation of technical knowledge, market experience, and financial education expertise allows Laurente Corp. to design Kidvestors Club as a research-backed, industry-informed learning program. Through gamified activities, practical money lessons, and real-world investing concepts, Kidvestors Club helps children and teens across Asia build confidence, develop smart financial habits, and understand the power of passive income at an early age.

Financial literacy program designed for kids and teens. Through educational games like Cashflow board games, children in our program learn foundational financial skills: the value of money, budgeting, saving, investing, and understanding the difference between needs and wants. Each session is packed with fun yet powerful life lessons that aren’t taught in schools, but should be.

Why We Built Kidvestors

We built Kidvestors Club because we believe financial literacy is not a luxury - it’s a life skill. Unfortunately, it’s a skill most people only learn the hard way, after making costly mistakes. We believe that with the right mindset, tools, and environment, kids as young as six can begin their financial journey with confidence.

We also believe that Asian families deserve better alternatives to the outdated pension and retirement systems. That’s why part of our program includes real-world investing: with our partner stockbroker, a portion of the Kidvestors Club tuition gets invested into the Philippine Stock Market, so each child experiences firsthand what it means to earn passive income through dividends.

Our team combines decades of experience across finance, investing, corporate leadership, education, and entrepreneurship. With backgrounds in financial market investing, information technology, real estate, audit & accounting, financial planning, and teaching, we’ve pooled our skills to create something meaningful, a program that’s fun for kids and reassuring for parents.

Rachelle Laurente

Head of Operations

An entrepreneur, former Assistant General Manager / Head of Operations, and seasoned real estate investor with over 15 years of experience.

With 11 years of leadership experience 7 of which were spent overseas in Singapore, Rachelle brings a global perspective and strategic insight to the team. She has completed advanced leadership certifications at Ateneo de Manila University and personal and professional developments at INNOV8, further strengthening her commitment to empowering others through financial literacy and responsible investing.

Hero Laurente

Program Director

Hero is the Program Director of Kidvestors Club Philippines, where he oversees curriculum design, program structure, and learning outcomes across all Kidvestors programs. He brings together real-world exposure to global financial systems and a deep commitment to financial literacy for the next generation.

Hero brings 14 years of financial market and private fund management experience, complemented by over two decades of professional experience in Information Technology, specializing in trading systems and financial market infrastructure. From 2012 to 2019, he was based in Singapore as Head of Trading Room Systems for Southeast Asia, supporting professional trading environments across multiple regional markets. This experience provided firsthand insight into how capital markets, trading operations, and financial systems work in practice.

His background includes professional training from recognized institutions such as the Institute of Trading & Portfolio Management, Caylum Trading Institute, Asian Development Bank, Google Generative AI, SEC Philippines (SEC Academy), and Cashflow Academy, with the CFA Institute Investment Foundations® Certificate currently in progress.

Florentino A. Hernando (FAH)

Executive Advisor | Author | Entrepreneur

Mr. Florentino A. Hernando (FAH) is one of the Senior Facilitators of Kidvestors Club Philippines and Teenvestors, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in leadership, education, and organizational development.

As the Executive Advisor and Managing Director of FA Hernando Executive Advisory, he has partnered with CEOs, business leaders, and non-profit organizations to accelerate growth and success. His expertise spans leadership development, entrepreneurship, organizational design, and education, skills he now shares with the next generation of leaders and investors.

FAH is also a prolific author, having co-written 15 leadership and business eBooks, such as Notes for Leaders, Simplify, Intensify, Systemify, Captivate, Principles, and Quick Launch: Startup Principles. His works reflect his lifelong mission to inspire people to maximize their potential.

He holds a BS in Christian Education major in Guidance Counseling, is an MA candidate in Educational Management, and has completed specialized training in Strategic Training and Development from De La Salle University – College of Saint Benilde.

With his strong background in leadership, education, business, and investing, FAH serves as a dedicated facilitator for Teenvestors, equipping young minds with financial literacy, leadership principles, and practical strategies to build a future of financial independence.

Angelene Gulleban

Facilitator

FaCi Gelene is a Licensed Professional Teacher and a TESOL certified who earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education, major in English, from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. With over seven years of experience teaching students through various online platforms, English Teacher and Senior Administrative Officer at Good Shepherd Montessori School of Pasig, Angelene is committed to delivering engaging, creative, and meaningful learning experiences.

She has actively participated in workshops focusing on ecology (Laudato Si'), personal well-being, innovative teaching methodologies, educational techniques, and financial literacy. Notably, she was nominated for the Maybank Regional Financial Education Excellence Award for her dedication to promoting financial literacy education.

Isabella Cabrera

Facilitator

FaCi Belle is a licensed teacher and a proud graduate of the University of Santo Tomas with a degree in Secondary Education, major in English. From 2019 to 2022, she taught English Grammar and Literature to junior and senior high school students at UST, where she also served as a class adviser, club moderator, and Grade Level Coordinator.

She is also a Team Leader for an Australian educational company while continuing to teach kids through one-on-one tutorials. She loves working with children, believing they inspire us to see life with joy and wonder.

At Kidvestors Club, FaCi Belle brings her teaching expertise, patience, and genuine care for children to make learning about money both fun and meaningful.

Kevyn Brondial

Facilitator

FaCi Kevyn is a passionate educator with a Cum Laude degree in Broadcast Communication-Journalism from the University of the Philippines Baguio. She taught major subjects for the BA Communication program at STI College Global City and has also worked with young children at her local community daycare center - giving her the skills to connect with learners of all ages.

While her background isn’t in finance, FaCi Kevyn believes good communication can make any topic easy to understand- even money! Inspired by a mentor who said, “Communicators are meant to help others understand,” she now brings that gift to teaching kids about financial literacy. At Kidvestors Club, Kevyn’s goal is to make learning about money fun, simple, and meaningful, helping kids build smart money habits that will last a lifetime.
